The term "personal information" in this disclosure refers to information about an individual that can identify a specific person, such as names, addresses, phone numbers, email addresses, etc., provided to us by customers.
(1) Purpose of Use when Acquiring Personal Information (Article 18)
Unless exceptions are permitted by law, we acquire customer's personal information for the following purposes. When obtaining personal information directly from customers in writing (including electronic methods such as websites and emails), unless exceptions are permitted by law, we will clearly specify the purpose of use each time.
(A) Purpose of Use
- To confirm and respond to inquiries or opinions.
- To provide requested services and after-service.
- For business coordination, correspondence, and management with business partners (including those who may become business partners; the same applies below).
- For providing information and proposals on products and services to business partners.

Unless exceptions are permitted by law, we will not provide customer's personal information to third parties other than our business outsourcing partners without obtaining the customer's consent in advance. Cases where exceptions are permitted by law are as follows:
- Based on laws and regulations.
- When necessary for the protection of a person's life, body, or property and obtaining consent is difficult.
- When specifically necessary for the improvement of public health or promoting the sound growth of children, and obtaining consent is difficult.
- When it is necessary for a national institution or a local public entity or a person entrusted with it to cooperate in performing official duties based on laws and regulations, and obtaining consent is likely to impede the performance of those duties.
4.Matters Concerning the Public Announcement of the Purpose of Use of Held Personal Information (Article 24, Paragraph 1, Item 2 of the Act)
- "Held personal information" refers to personal information for which the company has the authority to disclose, correct, add, delete, suspend use, erase, or stop providing to third parties. The purpose of use of the held personal information is as disclosed in "Matters Concerning the Disclosure of the Purpose of Use at the Time of Obtaining Personal Information" - (1) - (A) as stated above (excluding (A) - 5). Cases where exceptions are permitted by law are as follows:
- When notifying or disclosing the purpose of use to the individual may pose a risk to the life, body, property, or other rights and interests of the individual or a third party.
- When notifying or disclosing the purpose of use may interfere with the performance of official duties prescribed by laws and regulations by national institutions or local public entities, and cooperation is necessary.
5.Procedures for Responding to Requests for Disclosure, etc. (Article 24, Paragraph 1, Item 3, and Article 29 of the Act)
If a customer or their representative requests the notification of the purpose of use, disclosure, correction/addition/deletion of content, or suspension of use/erasure of personal data we hold, we will respond appropriately. Please note that personal data that we do not have the authority to disclose is not subject to requests for disclosure. Cases where exceptions are permitted by law are as follows:
Based on laws and regulations.
When necessary for the protection of a person's life, body, or property and obtaining consent is difficult.
When specifically necessary for the improvement of public health or promoting the sound growth of children, and obtaining consent is difficult.
When it is necessary for a national institution or a local public entity or a person entrusted with it to cooperate in performing official duties based on laws and regulations, and obtaining consent is likely to impede the performance of those duties.

- If an individual requests the suspension of use or deletion (hereinafter referred to as "suspension of use, etc.") of their personal information due to it being handled beyond the scope of the purpose of use or acquired through fraudulent means, we will promptly conduct necessary investigations. Based on the results of the investigation, if we determine the need to comply with the request, we will promptly carry out the suspension of use, etc., of the relevant personal information. Regardless of the provisions of the preceding two paragraphs, if it is difficult to implement the suspension of use, etc., due to high costs or other reasons, and alternative measures that are necessary to protect the rights and interests of the individual can be taken, we will take such alternative measures.
10.Changes to the Privacy Policy
- Except for matters stipulated otherwise by laws or other provisions in the privacy policy, the content of the privacy policy can be changed without notifying the customer. Unless otherwise specified by the company, the revised privacy policy shall take effect from the time it is posted on the website.
