A premium apple brandy, ‘CRAZY DAYS RED DREAM EDITION,’ aged in French oak barrels, will be released on Saturday, October 5, 2024, in a limited edition of 500 bottles. This brandy is crafted using high-quality Aomori apples and water sourced from the Shirakami-Sanchi, a UNESCO World Natural Heritage site, and is a maturation of the ‘CRAZY DAYS WHITE DREAM EDITION’ that was released in January of this year.

We wanted to bring out the unique character of Aomori apples. To achieve this, we followed the same two-distillation process as Scotch whisky and created a base spirit that could stand up to the flavors of new French oak barrels. By blending several base spirits aged according to apple variety to balance acidity and sweetness, and further blending with unaged white brandy, we have created a brandy that is perfect for pairing with food.
