It has only been three years since we first began crafting apple brandy in Aomori. We entered this competition knowing we still had a long way to go — and that honesty made the Gold Medal all the more unexpected, and all the more meaningful.

We believe what was recognized goes beyond technique alone. The exceptional apples of Aomori. The ultra-soft water flowing from the Shirakami Mountains, a UNESCO World Natural Heritage Site.
